Your email address

When you apply to volunteer, your email address is seen only by the MILL coordinators who read applications.

If you are approved, it also becomes visible to everyone in the MILL community chat space, because that is how members reach each other. If you would rather it wasn't, email join@stirlingmill.ca before you join.

Other people's details

Treat every member's and patron's contact details with care:

• Don't share someone's email address, phone number or home address outside the MILL without their permission.
• Never put a phone number or home address in a Koha note, including the Non-public note.
• Before a screenshot goes into a guide or a chat, check that it shows no one's personal details. Cropping an image inside a Google Doc doesn't remove what was cropped out, so edit the image first and insert the edited copy.
