Creating Posts using Meta’s Business Suite

1. Check Two-Factor Authentication (Important First Step)

Before anything else, make sure you have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled on your Facebook account. Facebook often requires this extra layer of security for managing business pages. To set it up:

1. Go to Facebook Security Settings.

2. Find Two-Factor Authentication and follow the prompts to enable it using an authentication app or SMS.

Once you’ve done this, you’ll be ready to manage business pages without any login issues.

2. Using Meta Business Suite to Create Posts

Now that you’re set up with the right permissions, let’s go step-by-step through how to create posts for your Facebook and Instagram pages using Meta Business Suite:

1. Log in to Meta Business Suite with your Facebook account.

2. On the left side, click “Posts & Stories”—this is where all your scheduled and published content is managed.

3. Click the blue “Create Post” button.

4. Select where you want to post:

• Choose Facebook Page, Instagram Account, or both.

5. Write your post:

• Add text, emojis, hashtags, and any links.

6. Upload images or videos by clicking the “Add Media” button.

7. Choose whether to publish immediately by clicking “Publish” or schedule it for later by selecting “Schedule Post” and picking a date/time.

Now you’ve successfully created your post!

3. Using the Meta Business Suite Mobile App (If You’re on the Go)

If you’d rather create and manage posts from your phone, the Meta Business Suite mobile app makes it easy. Here’s how you can do it:

1. Download the Meta Business Suite app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

2. Open the app and log in with your Facebook credentials.

3. Tap “Create” at the bottom of the screen.

4. Choose where you’d like to post—Facebook, Instagram, or both.

5. Type your post, add photos/videos, and tap “Next” when you’re happy with it.

6. Decide whether to publish right away or schedule it for later.
